Balor Restoration LLC (“Balor,” “we,” or “us”) provides text messaging (SMS) services to communicate with our customers, insurance adjusters, property managers, and other parties with whom we have an established business relationship. Program Description

Our SMS program is used to send the following types of messages: job status updates and progress reports, scheduling confirmations and appointment reminders, payment reminders for outstanding invoices, emergency response coordination for active loss events, and operational communications related to active jobs.

How Phone Numbers Are Collected

We collect phone numbers directly from individuals during the normal course of business. This includes: customers calling our business line to request restoration services, insurance adjusters who provide their direct lines when assigning claims, property managers and existing customers who provide numbers for ongoing service relationships. By providing your phone number to Balor Restoration, you consent to receive text messages related to our restoration services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the active business relationship. During active jobs, you may receive multiple messages per week. Outside of active jobs, messages are infrequent.

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-Out
